Exchange Engineer

La Fosse are currently partnered with a customer who are looking to hire an experienced Exchange Engineer into their team, on a contract that will run to the end of the year, with the view to extend into next year

This role is paying £550 per day, inside IR35, London or Birmingham 2 days a week onsite.

Key experience needed with:

• Microsoft Exchange Server 2016, Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE), and Exchange Online.
• Exchange migrations, hybrid coexistence, and Microsoft 365 messaging services.
• Mail flow migration, design, troubleshooting, and remediation.
• SMTP relay services, routing, connectors, and application mail integration.
• Email security and gateway platforms, including Mimecast and Proofpoint.
• Active Directory, Entra ID, users, groups, and service accounts.
• DNS, mail routing, MX records, Autodiscover, and related messaging dependencies.
• SSL/TLS certificate management and messaging security.
• Exchange PowerShell administration and automation.
• Troubleshooting messaging, authentication, DNS, certificate, and connectivity issues.
