MDM (Master data management) Lead

Hiring for: #MDM (#MasterDataManagement) Lead

Location: #Hybrid -#Detroit/ #Columbus/ #Toledo

Duration: 8 -12 months, Potential for extension

Share suitable profiles at:

· 10–12 years of experience in data, operations, digital technology, finance, or related enabling functions. 

· 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management and strong understanding of master data concepts, data governance, and business/technology alignment. 

· Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives. 

· Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders. 

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics for executive audiences. 

Desired Characteristics 

· Experience with ERP, enterprise systems, or master data tools such as Reltio, Stibo or Informatica. 

· Ability to lead a team/onshore & Offshore. Ensure SLAs are met.

· Strong awareness of Customer & Product MDM processes

· Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments. 

· Structured thinker with strong program management and prioritization capabilities. 

· Influencer who can build trust and momentum without formal authority. 

· Passion for data quality, operational excellence, and business impact.
