The Role

Conduct internal training sessions on optometry topics.
Provide expert optometric advice and support to customers and colleagues.
Perform refractions and ensure standardized methods within the team.
Oversee all technical equipment and contribute your expertise to store management.

What You'll Need

Relevant experience in refractions and/or contact lens fitting.
Completed certification as a Master Optician (Augenoptikermeister).
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills to inspire with our products.
