Flight Test Engineer

The Opportunity:<br />In this role, you will bridge engineering and field operations to rigorously evaluate cutting-edge unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems. You will manage the end-to-end flight testing lifecycle-from initial test planning and UAV piloting to deep-dive telemetry analysis-ensuring safety and compliance throughout.

Your Impact Test Planning &amp; Execution: Author test plans and risk assessments, operating as a UAV pilot in the field to collect vital telemetry and performance data.<br />Flight Preparation: Oversee pre-flight ground testing, system checks, and overall field setup to ensure mission readiness.<br />Data &amp; Reporting:

Process flight data against engineering metrics and deliver actionable technical reports to drive platform improvements.Your Experience Flight Operations: Proven experience in uncrewed or crewed flight testing, test card generation, and telemetry analysis.<br />Pilot Certification:

Certified UAV pilot skilled in both manual and autonomous flight operations.<br />Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex flight data and translate it into clear engineering feedback.<br />Regulations &amp; Clearance (Desirable):
