Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Win new business - identify, pursue and close new customers across the Mental Health & Wellbeing portfolio, meeting an individual revenue target.

  • Hunt and prospect - build your own pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, events and referrals; get in front of HR, health & safety and wellbeing leaders.

  • Sell consultatively - understand each organisation's challenges and articulate the value of our tech-enabled, human-centred solutions.

  • Lead pursuits - manage proposals, support tenders (RFPs/RFQs) and pricing, drawing on internal subject-matter experts and clinical teams.

  • Manage your pipeline - maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and reporting.

  • Collaborate - work closely with marketing, clinical, account management and product teams to shape compelling offers and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

  • Represent the brand - be a credible, professional ambassador for Assure and APM in market.

  • Work with the SDR to assist with prospecting - partner with the Sales Development Representative to build and qualify pipeline through coordinated outreach and lead generation activities.

  • Respond to inbound enquiries - engage promptly with inbound leads, qualifying opportunities and converting interest into meetings and proposal


What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' proven B2B business development / sales experience, ideally in wellbeing, health, SaaS, EAP, professional services or a related field, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.

  • A genuine passion for mental health and wellbeing.

  • Strong hunting and consultative selling skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, tenders and pricing/commercial negotiations.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.

  • Self motivated, resilient and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a disciplined, pipeline driven approach.

  • Full working rights in Australia; willingness to travel for customer meetings as required.
