The Role • Safely and reliably operate trains for passenger transport, adhering to all regulations. • Steer trains across a national network, contributing to efficient and punctual service. • Maintain effective communication with dispatch, colleagues, and passengers. • Ensure timely and economically sound train operations. • Conduct pre- and post-operation tasks to ensure train readiness. • Support operations on weekends and holidays as part of a flexible schedule. What You'll Need • Completed training as a train driver (TfV class A+B1 or VDV 753 class 3). • Several years of experience in railway operations, ideally in passenger transport. • Strong safety and responsibility mindset. • Excellent communication, service-oriented, and team player skills. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Motivation to contribute to sustainable mobility.
