nCino Salesforce Developer Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on nCino Salesforce Developer to build, customize, and enhance enterprise lending applications on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, integrations, and nCino while working closely with business and technical teams to deliver enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities Salesforce & nCino Development

• Develop and maintain solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System.
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes, and security.
• Configure and customize nCino lending modules.

Integration & Data

• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support data migration and transformation activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and user interface enhancements.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Delivery & Support

• Participate in Agile development activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and design specifications.
• Support production releases and CI/CD deployments.
• Troubleshoot application defects and production issues.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with nCino.
• Experience with Salesforce Configuration and Customization.
• Strong Apex programming skills.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sharing, Security, and Visibility.
• Experience working in Banking or Financial Services environments preferred.
• Experience working in Agile development teams.

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with experience supporting Salesforce and preferably the nCino platform. This role will be responsible for Salesforce administration, configuration, user support, security, reporting, and business process automation while working closely with business users and technical teams.

Experience supporting Banking or Commercial Lending organizations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration

• Administer and maintain Salesforce and nCino environments.
• Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and Flows.
• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security.
• Support business process automation using Flow.

Reporting & Support

• Develop reports and dashboards.
• Manage data quality, imports, exports, and cleanup activities.
• Support business users and troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
• Coordinate deployments and release activities.

Business Collaboration

• Gather business requirements and recommend Salesforce configuration solutions.
• Support nCino Commercial Lending workflows and business processes.
• Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and enhancement projects.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Security, Sharing, Roles, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
• Experience creating Reports and Dashboards.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and Approval Processes.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with nCino is highly preferred.
• Banking, Commercial Lending, or Financial Services experience preferred.
