Summary
Arrow is seeking a Business-Oriented MDM Analyst to support its global Master Data Management program by working closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, business-relevant data.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for master data
- Work with users to understand data needs and use cases
- Ensure customer, vendor, and product data meets business rules (e.g., VAT/tax completeness)
- Identify data quality issues and coordinate fixes with IT/MDM teams
- Support reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights
- Act as the bridge between business functions within Arrow (ECS & Components) and technical teams
Profile
- 1-3 years in business analysis, data analysis, or MDM
- Knowledge of Informatica MDM
- Strong stakeholder communication and listening skills
- Comfortable working in global teams
