The Role • Independently conduct train journeys in passenger transport, ensuring compliance and safety. • Operate trains for the national FlixTrain network, starting from Berlin. • Maintain reliable communication with dispatch, colleagues, and passengers. • Ensure punctual and efficient train operations. • Perform preparatory and concluding tasks to guarantee operational readiness. • Contribute actively to positive and professional passenger interactions. What You'll Need • Completed training as a train driver (TfV Class A+B1 or VDV 753 Class 3). • Ideally, several years of experience in railway operations, preferably in passenger transport. • Route knowledge starting from Berlin is an advantage. • High level of safety and responsibility awareness. • Strong communication, service orientation, and teamwork skills. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
