Linlithgow Dental Clinic & Implant Centre
Advanced Dentistry is excited to be recruiting a Full-Time Clinic Manager to lead our lovely team at Linlithgow Dental Clinic & Implant Centre a three-surgery practice located in the beautiful town of Linlithgow.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established practice, working alongside a friendly and supportive team of experienced associates, dental nurses and reception staff who are passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
As Clinic Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring everything operates smoothly while creating a positive environment for both patients and the team.
You'll oversee financial administration, including NHS claims processing and monthly financial reporting, while ensuring patient feedback and complaints are handled with empathy, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
You'll also take responsibility for staffing levels, daily rotas and team meetings, working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to maintain an organised, efficient and supportive working environment.
What are we looking for;
Experience in a clinical practice management role, ideally within dentistry, although this isn't essential.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
