Travel Network Deployment Engineer (TS/SCI Required) with Security Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Deployment Engineer to support a program with the Intelligence Community on-site in Springfield, VA, with up to 25-50%. The Network Deployment Engineer will deliver solutions to customers and network systems in accordance with customer requirements. This is a long-term job opportunity. Work is on site in Springfield, VA with up to 25-50% travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites. Responsibilities for the Network Deployment Engineer include: * Deliver and deploy network solutions as required for selected customer
* Develop documentation on customer systems and objectives
* Meet with customers to demo/train on new network architecture
* Make configuration changes and deploy patches as necessary
* Troubleshoot and engineer Azure cloud environments
Required Qualifications for the Network Engineer include: * 5+ years of network engineering experience
* Must have active TS/SCI
* Bachelor's degree in related field
* Expertise in Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols
* Understanding of ExpressRoute and Azure Virtual Networks
* Experience in WAN/Internet transport and routing, including BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN
* Understanding of network security and STIG
Compensation for the Database Engineer include: * Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 depending on experience
