Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ETL Test Lead / ETL & SQL Lead with strong experience in Data Warehousing, ETL Testing, Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, and Data Modeling.

The candidate will lead end-to-end data testing, analyze data flows from source systems to dashboards, manage the testing team, and work closely with business and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ETL and data testing activities.
• Analyze data flow from source systems through Data Warehouse/Data Marts to Power BI dashboards.
• Validate business rules, transformations, mappings, and aggregations.
• Create source-to-target mappings and data validation strategies.
• Perform data reconciliation and root-cause analysis.
• Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data validation and defect investigation.
• Lead and mentor ETL testing teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.
• Work closely with Business, QE, and Development teams.
• Provide project status updates and manage risks and dependencies.
• Support dashboard validation and data automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ETL Testing / Data Warehouse Testing.
• Strong SQL and Stored Procedure experience.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Experience with Matillion and/or dbt.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and Data Modeling.
• Knowledge of Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Dimensional Modeling.
• Experience with Data Lineage, Data Quality, and Data Reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of CTEs, Window Functions, and SQL Query Optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading distributed/offshore teams.

Preferred

• Experience with cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled data solutions and automation frameworks.
• Experience in Agile project environments.
• Strong leadership, planning, estimation, and risk-management skills.
