Software Test Engineer

Job Profile for Software Test Engineer (USA)- Experience: 7+
Strong understanding of BSS/OSS and Telecom Domain
Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases for BSS/OSS modules
Mandatory knowledge of Clarify CRM 6 or 6.5 and its Order journey
Experience needed with SQL to identify migrated test data. Must have experience in Interface and API testing
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to identify and resolve software defects.

Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Experience with test automation frameworks(Optional)
Knowledge of defect management tools like Jira, QC
Experience in preparing Test Plan and Test Strategy documents
Ability to perform root cause analysis and log analysis to find the system at fault
Document and report test results, providing detailed analysis and recommendations. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure high standards of quality
Good hands-on experience with AI tools in testing
