Job Description

Must-Have Requirements

  • 9+ years of software development/engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of P&C Insurance domain experience mandatory.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLMs.
  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain, or similar.
  • P&C experience in Underwriting, Claims, Fraud Detection, or Actuarial.
  • Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, ISO/ACORD, or insurance policy/claims systems.
  • Strong SQL and experience with SQL Server / Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience working with structured & unstructured insurance data.
  • Ability to build AI solutions/PoCs for risk scoring, claims triage, fraud detection, underwriting automation, FNOL, and policy document analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain AI solutions to business stakeholders and insurance executives.
