Lighting installs, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballasts, control panels, power distribution<br />Mechanical Equipment: Pumps, motors, seals, bearings, basic HVAC<br />HVAC &amp; Plant: AHUs, FCUs, emergency lighting, air conditioning units<br />Monitoring Systems:

Chillers (resets), BMS (hot/cold trends), UPS systems Teamwork: Collaborate with a large, supportive onsite engineering team<br />Service Delivery: Ensure smooth building operations and top-tier tenant services<br />IT &amp; Administration:

Utilise IT systems to complete maintenance records, reporting, and other site administration tasks<br />Your Work Pattern:

Monday – Friday<br />40 hours per week<br />Rotating Saturday – 1 in every 3 weeks<br />Overtime available as and when required, paid at the daily rate<br />What’s in It for You? £43,000 – £53,000 Salary depending on experience Pension<br />Life Assurance<br />Health Assessment<br />Overtime Available<br />Stable Monday to Friday Working Pattern<br />What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrable experience working in a building maintenance role or related discipline<br />Minimum Level 2 related qualification<br />Good knowledge of multi-trade maintenance<br />Electrically qualified or competent electrician<br />Knowledge and experience of grounds maintenance and gardening<br />Health &amp; Safety qualification, such as IOSH Managing Safely<br />Experience carrying out statutory testing within the built environment<br />Experience within a leisure environment, ideally with knowledge of swimming pools, saunas, and steam rooms<br />Good IT skills and the ability to complete digital maintenance records and reporting<br />Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a small onsite team<br />Ready to Apply?
