ServiceNow Architect
Glasgow/Dundee (Hybrid)
6 Month Contract
£500/day (Outside IR35)

ServiceNow Architect needed for a 6 Month Contract in either Glasgow or Dundee (Hybrid). Start ASAP in Nov/Dec 2026.

Hybrid Working - 2 to 3 days/week remote (WFH) and the remainder of the time working from the office based in either Glasgow or Dundee. Paying up to £500/day (Outside IR35).

Working with a global IT Consultancy supporting a leading Telecoms end client:

  • ServiceNow Architect with experience of enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
  • Leading the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture vision, roadmap, governance, strategic adoption of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps + custom applications.
  • Defining ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture platform strategy, leading solution design + architecture reviews.
  • Establishing CSDM, CMDB, integration + data architecture standards
  • Driving ServiceNow platform governance, standards + best practice.
  • Providing technical leadership + collaborating with business leaders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams.
  • Technical Skills: ServiceNow Architecture, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, IntegrationHub, Enterprise Integrations, Security, Governance, Cloud Architecture, Data Modeling, HLDs, LLDs + architecture diagrams.
  • Advantageous: TOGAF, AWS, Azure, DevOps, SAFe Agile, API Management, AI/Automation, Service Graph Connectors, JavaScript, Glide APIs, Network, Servers, Storage.
