Infrastructure Reliability Operations Administrator

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing incident response and change execution.


• Driving operational KPIs, metrics, and observability.


• Leading automation initiatives and promoting DevOps/EngOps practices.


• Collaborating with global teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.


• Identifying process improvements to enhance operational stability.


• Communicating effectively with engineering, operations leaders, and partners.

This is a shift-based position:

• Schedule: Wed-Sat or Sun-Wed (10 hours per day)


• Flexibility: Occasional coverage on other days may be required

Required Expertise & Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience across server and storage infrastructure.


• Strong knowledge of Red Hat Linux 7, 8, 9.


• Expertise in disk storage management.


• Experience with virtualization technologies (preferably OLVM).


• On-call coverage and incident management experience.


• Troubleshooting skills for OS, hardware, and storage issues.


• Proficiency in Shell scripting and Python; coding experience using AI is a plus.


• Experience working with enterprise-level customers and application teams.


• Knowledge of Windows, VMware, and OLVM is highly desirable.


• Familiarity with SAN/NAS/CAS storage subsystems.


• Experience with observability tools for logging, monitoring, and alerting.
