Patient Coordinator / Rehab Aide | Part-Time | Outpatient | Staunton, VA
South River Rehab & Performance, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Patient Coordinator / Rehab Aide to join our outpatient team in Staunton, Virginia. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a collaborative healthcare team. At South River Rehab & Performance, we provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services in a welcoming, patient-focused environment. Our team values teamwork, compassion, and exceptional service while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Your Role
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions.
- Support daily front-office operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist therapists with clinic support duties and patient flow.
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment areas.
- Help create a positive and efficient experience for every patient visit.
- Collaborate with therapists and staff to support outstanding patient care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Competitive Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
