Position: PeopleSoft Finance Lead Developer (Techno-Functional)
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 6 Months + Extension
 

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Lead Developer to support finance and accounting operations during a major ERP upgrade initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and experience supporting enterprise finance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support PeopleSoft Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Cash Management, Procurement)
• Develop and customize applications using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker
• Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions
• Support integrations, reporting, data migration, month-end/year-end close, and audit activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide end-user support

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of PeopleSoft Financials techno-functional experienceStrong SQL/Oracle database knowledge
• Experience with financial systems configuration, reporting, and support
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred: PeopleSoft certification, cloud deployment experience, and experience integrating third-party systems.
