Position: Financial/Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid - St Paul, MN

Duration: 9 Months

Required skills

·        Five years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or equivalent

·        Experience supporting budgets and financial reviews for Technology departments is strongly preferred

·        Experience with budgeting and financial analysis. Experience using allocation metrics to distribute costs. High attention to detail.

·        Knowledge of coding structures; Organizational hierarchies, chart of account hierarchies. Knowledge of general purchasing and Accounts Payable processes. Peoplesoft experience preferred.

·        Experience working within an Accounting System / ERP system.

·        Experience using ERP reporting tools, Hyperion experience preferred.

·        Strong experience using enhanced formulas and pivots.

·        Experience gathering and understanding business drivers to develop financial models.

·     Understanding of lean and six sigma processes; proven ability to improve workflows and drive clarity to those workflows.  

·        Ability to bring strong, strategic analytic capabilities

·        Experience with an enterprise system transformation and process-redesign

·        SharePoint-specific experience and skills preferred.

·        Power BI experience a plus.

·        Proven ability to work effectively across teams and communicate clearly.

·        Strong process documentation skills.

·        High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

·        Require candidate to be highly accountable, able to work independently, and skilled at providing exceptional business partnerships.
