Estimating Manager

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction. This role is crucial in managing project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and team leadership while ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases, from planning and design to construction administration
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain timelines and budgets
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams
• Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness
• Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Review project documentation for completeness and constructability
• Support permitting, approvals, and coordination with regulatory authorities
