Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an Project Manager (7-12 Years Experience ) who possesses strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and experience in managing IT teams and projects.

Responsibilities will include supervising engineering teams, overseeing system operations, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and coordinating with multiple departments for successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop IT roadmaps that support long-term business growth.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance.
• Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, hire, train, and mentor IT engineers, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
• Architecture Review: Evaluate software architecture and technical solutions for scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Compliance: Implement cybersecurity protocols, monitor threats, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• System Monitoring: Track system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions.
• Technology Implementation: Introduce new technologies to improve efficiency, automation, and digital transformation.

Experience : 7-12 Years

Qualifications : B.Tech (mandatory)

Required Skills & Qualifications for Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Python,
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices.
• Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage diverse teams and resolve conflicts.
• Analytical Thinking: Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing IT systems.
• Communication: Clear reporting to executives and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
