£40,000 £50,000 + 1k- 1.8k+ Quarterly Bonus Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Francesca s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to join a successful e-commerce business with three established brands, £10m annual sales and an ambitious £12m growth target.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of digital strategy, manage a significant marketing budget and make a measurable impact on business growth.

The Role

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads, PPC and SEO campaigns to maximise ROI.

  • Drive online sales, customer acquisition and conversion rates.

  • Lead the digital marketing and e-commerce team.

  • Oversee email marketing, social media and website performance.

  • Manage marketing budgets, Magento agencies and external partners.

  • Analyse performance data and report directly to company owners.

About You

  • Proven experience in Google Ads, PPC and SEO.

  • A track record of growing e-commerce sales.

  • Strong commercial, analytical and leadership skills.

  • Experience managing budgets, teams and agencies.

  • Knowledge of Magento or a similar e-commerce platform.
