Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Build and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and business rules
• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure configurations and customisations follow ServiceNow best practices and platform standards
• Perform unit testing, support system and UAT testing, and resolve defects
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and release activities
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration artefacts
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow development practices

Required Skill set

• ServiceNow advanced scripting and customization
• ServiceNow scoped application experience
• ServiceNow workflow automations

Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience configuring workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, and UI policies
• Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations
• Familiarity with ITSM modules and ServiceNow data model
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS) highly regarded
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
