The role is crucial for driving design wins by providing expert technical support, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless product implementation and development. The Role • Provide comprehensive technical support to the sales team and customers to maximize design win success. • Conduct product evaluations, offer product support, and gather market feedback for product improvements. • Collaborate with account managers on customer qualification, opportunity identification, and technical proposal presentations. • Act as a trusted technical advisor, building strong customer relationships and understanding their application needs. • Lead product development for custom solutions, coordinating activities between customer and international engineering teams. • Manage sample evaluation cycles, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate failure analysis. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred). • 3+ years of experience as a Design or Application Engineer. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant industry or with specific product types. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; basic 3D modeling (CATIA, NX) is preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex technical information. • Working knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, DFMEA, and APQP core tools.
