Manager - Equity Fundraising (Investment)

An opportunity in AMPIN's investment team is like getting into a PE/Infrastructure fund role focused on renewable energy as we do all models such as C&I/Utility using Solar/Wind/Hybrid technologies across the country. Also strategic investments across the value chain and in energy transition along with exposure to the world class investment processes as we are backed by some of the leading institutional investors across the globe!

How you will contribute:

• Working on equity raise for the Company, from equity strategy, deal origination, negotiation of terms, due diligence and closure
• Managing relationships with investors and end-to-end investor communication
• Scouting and closure of opportunities for mergers and acquisitions
• Investments & portfolio management
• Strategic business planning

Ideal skills for this role include:

• 2-6 years of relevant experience, candidates with experience in the renewable energy industry and experience in equity transactions are essential.
• Should have a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks governing Financial Instruments such as RBI NBFC Framework, and SEBI Regulations and ensure that all investment compliance regulations are met
• Full-time MBA in Finance from a tier 1 institution.
• Good inter-personal skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional units.
