Job Title: International Sales Executive - IT / AI Solutions

Experience: 2-5 Years

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore (Work From Office)

CTC: Up to 9 LPA (Based on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic International Sales Executive who can drive global business growth by acquiring new clients for our IT services, AI products, software development, and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in international B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new international clients for IT services, AI solutions, and software development projects.
  • Generate business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong international sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to prepare proposals and estimates.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to project closure.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM with accurate sales activities and forecasts.
Required Skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in International IT Sales or Software Sales.
  • Experience selling IT Services, AI Solutions, SaaS, or Custom Software Development.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales and international markets.
  • Experience in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience handling clients from the US, Europe, APAC, Middle East, or other international markets.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience selling AI/GenAI products or AI development services.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and emerging technologies.
