REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE)

• 3+ Years of Experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and LAN Administration
• 3+ Years of Experience with Installing, Configuring, and Troubleshooting switches and wireless access points
• 3+ Years of Experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services
• 3+ Years of Experience with Troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices
• 3+ Years of Experience with creating, reading, and maintaining network documentation and diagrams
  
  REQUIRED EDUCATION: 
• Associates Degree in a relevant field of work or high school diploma with equivalent work experience
  
  REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: NONE*
• Preference may be given to certified applicants based also on overall experience, education, and work history.
  
  PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
• Any current/previously held network or related certification by an industry leader such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft. (Please indicate whether certificate is active or inactive on resume)
• Cisco Networking Academy or similar bootcamp/training
  
  ADDITIONAL SKILLS
• Ability to perform on ‐ site physical network work, including lifting 40 lbs and working on ladders
• Valid driver''''''''s license and ability to travel statewide to remote sites with a State OR Personal Vehicle
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non ‐ technical staff
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
