Kafka Admin

We are seeking an experienced Kafka Administrator / Platform Engineer to design, deploy, maintain, secure, and scale highly available Kafka environments supporting mission-critical, real-time data platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Kafka administration experience, preferably Confluent Kafka.
• Strong experience managing production Kafka clusters.
• Advanced knowledge of Kafka ecosystem components:
• Kafka Connect
• Kafka Streams
• Schema Registry
• MirrorMaker
• ZooKeeper
• KRaft
• Strong Linux administration experience, preferably RHEL and/or Ubuntu.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash/Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka security, ACLs, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for Kafka monitoring and observability.
• Experience with Ansible and/or Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
