Sr FullStack Developer

Only W2 profile.

Hybrid in Florham Park, NJ and Alpharetta, GA 3 days a week onsite

Will have to be local will be asked to go for final onsite interview after the virtual interview with the team

Key points:

Must have end to end development experience front to backend

Copilot on this team. Some Claude if the candidate prefers. Not necessarily a no if they have experience with Amazon Q or Kiro instead

They wont be dedicated to 1 initiative, will switch between front and back end based on the needs of the various scrum teams. Some might be java integrations, others might be react front ends, etc. etc.

Experience You'll Need:

B.S. Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience is required
Java/JEE Programming
practical experience with Spring frameworks and Spring Boot
experience with relational databases and DB programming skills (Oracle / PL/SQL)
experience with RESTful APIs and Webservices -- define and drive the requirements
experience with JPA/Hibernate or Spring Repositories
Experience working with product management, architects and stakeholders
Experience developing web applications and web services (RESTful)
Experience in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks: React or Angular
Experience with agile software management (JIRA)
Experience in web development (HTML5 + CSS3)
Experience with automated testing
Experience with Version Control i.e.: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.
Experience with Jenkins or other CI (continuous integration) system
GenAI skills super important
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge in at least one testing framework i.e.: Selenium, JUnit/TestNg, Cypress, Cucumber, Mocha, etc.
Working knowledge in security and performance
Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind
Experience with agile software management (JIR)
Experience with microservices and cloud-native development
Experience with Insurance business domain
