Enerven Energy Infrastructure Pty is expanding its People & Culture team and seeking an experienced Culture & Capability Manager to establish and lead this newly created function. Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you will lead a small specialist team and partner with leaders across the business to shape employee experience and embed practical people initiatives that drive performance.
