About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization for B2B and B2C businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

- Manage campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, app promotion, sales, and brand awareness.

- Conduct audience research, keyword planning, remarketing, and A/B testing.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking.

- Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives and landing pages.

- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

- Stay updated with platform changes and digital advertising best practices.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, SEO, and Content teams to improve campaign performance.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

- Good knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

- Experience with audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.

- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in B2B/B2C, Travel, SaaS, IT, or Finance.

- Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead management tools.
