Multi-Specialty Account Manager | Tampa, FL | Hybrid

  • *The Role**
  • Lead the promotion of a specialty psychiatry portfolio, driving sales performance through expert clinical knowledge and strategic execution.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the unique complexities of the market.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and digital tools to create strategic business plans, allocate resources effectively, and maximize sales outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders within primary care and neurology settings.
  • Navigate and articulate reimbursement landscapes (IDNs, Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) and address payer access issues.
  • Adhere to all pharmaceutical and regulatory environment policies, including FDA regulations.

  • *What You'll Need**
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience.
  • Proven ability to master complex product and disease-state information, including annual certification.
  • Strong self-starter mentality with a tenacious work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer and technical skills for data analysis and goal setting.
  • Ability to live within 40 miles of the territory boundaries (Tampa, Lakeland, Sarasota, Bradenton).
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
