Qualifications & Requirements

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computing, networking concepts, and Windows operating systems.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard internet/intranet tools.
• Ability to follow documented processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT support, desktop support, or helpdesk experience.
• Recent college graduates with relevant technical education are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
• Exposure to scripting, automation, or programming concepts such as PowerShell, VB/VBA, Python, or related technologies.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
