The Role

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with management to attract and source top talent.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and organizational planning.
• Advise on and apply HR policies and procedures to balance business needs with employee well-being.
• Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
• Partner with employees and leaders to establish clear career paths and development opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR or business experience.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employee relations.
