Engineering Manager, SAP CAP Node.js

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in SAP CAP and Node.js to lead our engineering team. This role involves overseeing technical projects, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation while maintaining industry best practices.

Responsibilities Conduct code reviews and ensure features adhere to clean code and design principles Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs to maintain system integrity Write comprehensive technical and user documentation Collaborate with the team to track performance and address needs effectively Engage with customers and stakeholders to address technical topics and provide metrics to management Participate in the setup, improvement, and execution of development processes Provide architectural and design decisions to guide technical implementations Requirements 7+ years of experience in SAPUI5, BTP, HANA, CAP, Node.js, CI/CD (Jenkins, Piper, Webdriver.io), with a broad technological perspective Proven experience leading teams of 10+ people with a focus on cloud technologies, SAP, architecture, and organizational mentoring Proficiency in design principles and microservice architecture Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban Basic understanding of JavaScript and Node.js Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), HANA database, and SAP CAP (Java and Node.js) English proficiency at B2 level or higher
