Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager Consultant to support a Debt Platform Modernization program. The candidate will work with business stakeholders, technology teams, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and deliver product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder meetings and requirements gathering sessions.

• Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, epics, features, and user stories.

• Document business processes, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the Agile/Scrum lifecycle.

• Support UAT, test scenarios, defect triage, and product acceptance.

• Review wireframes, workflows, and prototypes using Figma.

• Work with business teams to improve processes and deliver effective product solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Product Management.

• Expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and backlog prioritization.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Knowledge of business process mapping, UAT, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Exposure to Figma, wireframes, and workflow design.

• Debt markets, debt issuance, securities settlement, or trade lifecycle experience is highly preferred.
