The Role

• Drive sales and profit margin growth for tile product lines within an assigned geographic territory.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the retailer and dealer network.
• Provide product knowledge and training to store personnel to effectively present products.
• Manage displays, samples, and selling tools to ensure customer availability.
• Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and leverage marketing tools to expand territory reach.
• Resolve customer claims and issues related to deliveries, returns, and credits.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Strong math skills for calculations related to discounts, commissions, and percentages.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM platform experience preferred.
