Software Engineer (AI + .NET)

Nuage has partnered with an established technology company in the risk management space that is investing heavily in AI to transform the way it operates and delivers value to customers.

They're looking for a Junior Engineer to help build and grow their AI capability. You'll work closely with the founders to develop AI-powered tools, automate business processes, and solve real problems that have a measurable impact across the business.

You'll help build internal AI platforms, job management tools, dashboards, reporting, document automation, and integrations with other business systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll have genuine ownership and the opportunity to shape how AI is adopted across the company.

What we're looking for

• Commercial or personal experience building AI applications, AI automations, or agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI workflows, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Python and AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, OpenAI, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and APIs.
• Exposure to .NET, TypeScript, AWS, Vercel, Xero integrations, or similar technologies is a bonus.
• A GitHub profile, portfolio, or side projects that showcase what you've built.
• A curious, builder mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
