Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Product Manager / Learning & Assessment Technology.
- 9 month contract
- Inside of IR35 / umbrella only
- Remote first with some office expectation in either Glasgow or London
- 450 - 500 a day
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of a large-scale learning and assessment platform. Candidates with experience in learning, assessment or education technology environments would be favourable.
You'll be responsible for translating technology strategy into delivery plans, leading developers, support teams and Scrum Masters, and ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable and fit for future business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the technology roadmap.
- Lead and support developers, support technicians and Scrum Masters.
- Drive platform enhancements, stability and innovation.
- Champion best practice across customer experience, security, governance and compliance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and product owners to deliver successful outcomes.
- Promote continuous improvement in tools, processes and ways of working.
About You
- Experience leading software development and Agile delivery teams.
- Strong background working in organisations undergoing digital transformation.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles and modern delivery practices.
- Experience supporting high-volume, business-critical digital platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, integrations and information management.
- Experience within learning, assessment or education technology environments would be beneficial.
