Patient Management Staff | Tegernsee, Germany | Hybrid We are a leading national hospital group, founded in 1985 and operating as the largest family-owned enterprise in the German hospital sector, with 17 clinics and 38 day/outpatient facilities. Our central administration, with offices in Munich and Rosenheim, is comprised of approximately 300 staff members dedicated to non-medical operations, ensuring the well-being of our patients. The Role • Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes. • Handle billing for inpatient hospital services, including DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation. • Support decentralized patient management areas across the group, fostering smooth collaboration. • Contribute to efficient patient care through effective administrative support. What You'll Need • A completed commercial apprenticeship. • Preferably, knowledge of hospital systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP. • Prior experience in inpatient patient billing is advantageous. • High commitment, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience. • Proactive, structured work style with the ability to maintain overview in demanding situations. • Professional and service-oriented interaction with various stakeholders.
