I'm partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a Legal Technology Manager to join a growing innovation team delivering AI and technology enabled solutions directly to clients.

This is a genuinely client facing role where you'll work alongside lawyers and clients to design, build and deliver innovative legal technology solutions that transform the way legal services are delivered.

The Role

You'll lead the delivery of technology enabled client solutions from concept through to implementation, working across AI, document automation, workflow, collaboration platforms and low-code technologies.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading end to end delivery of digital and legal technology projects
• Gathering requirements, scoping solutions and managing client engagements
• Designing and developing AI enabled and low-code solutions
• Building proof of concepts and client facing technology solutions
• Presenting legal technology capabilities to clients and senior stakeholders
• Supporting business development and preparing client proposals
• Mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement

About You

You'll ideally have experience in Legal Technology, Innovation, Digital Transformation or Legal Operations within a law firm, legal technology vendor or professional services environment.

Experience with technologies such as:

• Harvey
• Legora
• Contract Express
• HighQ
• Relativity
• Kira
• Avvoka
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI)
• SharePoint

You'll also bring strong stakeholder management, consulting and project delivery experience, with a passion for using AI and technology to improve client outcomes.
