Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, and Internet network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance, availability, and utilization to ensure optimal system uptime.
Configure and manage network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, DHCP, and DNS services.
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 network-related incidents and connectivity issues.
Perform network hardware installation, upgrades, replacements, and maintenance.
Support network security initiatives by implementing cybersecurity best practices and assisting with threat mitigation.
Monitor network traffic, identify anomalies, and recommend performance improvements.
Maintain accurate network documentation, architecture diagrams, inventory, and change records.
Assist in the design, deployment, and expansion of enterprise network infrastructure.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and field support teams on implementation and support activities.
Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize network resources.
Provide technical guidance, user support, and training as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Network Administration.
Strong experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
Hands-on experience with:

Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of network security principles and cybersecurity best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent.
Experience with enterprise network monitoring and management tools.
Familiarity with network capacity planning and infrastructure design.
Experience supporting large enterprise or government environments.
Leadership or mentoring experience is a strong plus.
