Cognitive Care Program Lead - Part-Time 0.6FTE

Cabrini Health in Melbourne's southeast seeks a Project Coordinator - Cognitive Care on a 0.6FTE, fixed-term basis to lead organisation-wide programs for delirium, dementia and cognitive impairment. You will translate evidence into practice, develop pathways and embed governance to improve patient outcomes.

This role requires current AHPRA registration as an RN, with at least five years post registration clinical experience and strong change management skills.
