Project Manager - Cladding Remediation

Project Manager - Cladding Remediation Bristol £60-65k plus package We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a façade replacement and refurbishment programme across occupied high-rise residential buildings in Bristol.

You'll provide end-to-end project leadership, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction while managing programme, commercial performance and project teams. Key responsibilities include:

Leading multiple high-rise refurbishment projects from pre-construction through completion<br />Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners<br />Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and compliance<br />Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders<br />Managing programme, quality, budgets and project risks<br />Driving a zero-defects approach at handover<br />Supporting sustainability and environmental objectives<br />Leading and developing site teams to deliver outstanding resultsWhat we're looking for:

Proven experience managing large construction or refurbishment projects within occupied / live environments<br />High-rise/high-risk building experience<br />Façade, fire remediation, roofing and structural works knowledge<br />SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works Coordinator, Scaffold Inspection &amp; First Aid<br />Full UK driving licence<br />Experience managing projects through subcontractor and supply chain delivery from preconstruction through to construction phase and handover<br />Social housing refurbishment experience, and PAS2035 retrofit knowledge would be beneficialIf you've delivered complex high-rise refurbishment projects, and are ready for your next challenge please apply today or call Bianca on (phone number removed)
