The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers, working alongside team members.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, presenting merchandise attractively, baking, and operating modern checkout systems.
• Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake essential tasks including inventory management, cleaning, and stocktaking.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, with some leadership experience, for example in shift supervision.
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, who enjoys motivating and inspiring others.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as agreed with management.
