The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Assume the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical and operational matters.
• Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle handover with a strong service orientation.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the planning and processing of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a craft trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a master car mechanic, mechatronics technician, car mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to complete the required examination for operations management or already possess HWK Operations Manager certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills.
• Proficiency in PC use and comfort with administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently, fostering trust and collaboration.
