Operations & Estimating Coordinator

Based in North Reading, MA, this Operations & Estimating Coordinator opportunity brings estimating support and operational coordination together so you can make an immediate impact. With a collaborative culture and clear responsibilities, you’ll help keep bids moving, inventory accurate, and customer needs supported.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations & Estimating Coordinator position include: 3+ years’ experience in operations and administrative roles; ability to read plans and specs and assist in take-offs Monitor bid platforms and procurement websites; review advertisements, plans, specifications, and contract documents Assist with estimate preparation and bid development, including compiling material lists and vendor pricing Track bid opportunities, deadlines, and project documentation; support data entry and spreadsheet bid tracking Support inventory management and inventory control, including accurate recordkeeping in company inventory software Assist with purchasing and purchase order creation, order fulfillment, and coordinating shipments, deliveries, and pickups Process incoming inventory and update inventory records; coordinate with vendors on availability and lead times Coordinate RMAs, process warranty claims/repairs/manufacturer returns, and maintain accurate RMA documentation Salary: $60k-$80k per year, commensurate with experience.
