Job Description

Erzieher oder Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) | Prien am Chiemsee, Germany | On-site

We are a leading national psychosomatic and internationally recognized specialist clinic group, recognized for our high-quality therapy and dedicated team. The Role

  • Organize and structure the daily clinical routine, planning and coordinating for patients and the team.
  • Conduct co-therapeutic sessions, building upon individual and group therapy topics.
  • Provide crisis intervention as the first point of contact in acute situations.
  • Lead therapy groups focused on relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, or skill training.
  • Offer therapeutic support during meals for patients with eating disorders.
  • Participate in shift work to ensure continuous patient care and support.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training as an educator (Erzieher) or a vocational qualification as a remedial educator (Heilerziehungspfleger).
  • Experience in psychosomatics/psychiatry or residential care for individuals in living and group homes is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a genuine passion for the work.
  • Demonstrates respect, professionalism, and empathy in interactions with patients and their relatives.
  • Eagerness to learn about new topics and a commitment to professional development.
