The Role • Execute new construction and modernization projects for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations up to 380kV in Northeast Germany. • Commission and test electrical installations to ensure the flow of green energy. • Analyze and resolve faults in protection and control technology, collaborating with expert teams to drive improvements. • Program and parameterize high-tech protection and field control devices from leading manufacturers. • Utilize state-of-the-art testing equipment to precisely commission digital protection and control technology. • Support customer projects in energy transmission and distribution, and grid connection for renewable energy parks. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering. • Proficiency and knowledge in protection/control technology, with prior experience in commissioning switchgear, adhering to common communication standards (IEC 60870-5-101/103/104). • Familiarity with Siemens DIGSI 4/5, Schneider MICOM S1 parameterization software, and OMICROM TestUniverse testing software is advantageous. • Strong team player with a sense of responsibility, excellent decision-making and communication skills, and fluent German. • Possession of a valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel (typically Monday-Thursday).
